How to enable JavaScript in a Web browser
If JavaScript is disabled in your web browser some web pages will not function properly.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
- In Internet Explorer click on the 'Tools' menu
- Select 'Internet Options'
- Click on the 'Security' tab
- Click on the 'Custom Level...' button
- Scroll down and set the option 'Active scripting' to 'Enable'
- Click on the 'OK' button
- Click 'Yes'
- Click 'OK'
If the web page is still not working, simply press the 'F5' key on your keyboard to reload it.
Mozilla Firefox PC users
- In Firefox click on the 'Tools' menu
- Select 'Options'
- Click on the 'Content' tab
- Check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox
- Finally click on the 'OK' butto
If the web page is still not working, simply press the 'F5' key on your keyboard to reload it.
Mozilla Firefox Mac users
- Click ‘Firefox’ on the top menu
- Select ‘Preferences’
- Click the content icon
- Check ‘Enable Javascript’
Opera
- In Opera click on the 'Tools' menu
- Select 'Preferences'
- Click on the 'Advanced' tab
- Click on the 'Content' option
- Check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox
- Finally click on the 'OK' button
If the web page is still not working, simply press the 'F5' key on your keyboard to reload it.
Safari for Mac OS X
- Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
- Click Security.
- Check Enable JavaScript.
- Close the window.
- Click Reload.
